The fully assembled 3M™ Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope takes listening to a whole new level. It has up to 40x sound amplification (at peak frequency, vs analog mode) and active noise cancellation for reducing unwanted background sounds. Has seven sound amplification levels and toggles between analog and amplified listening modes. The soft-sealing ear tips conforms to individual ears for optimal comfort and excellent sound occlusion. The stethoscope connects to the Eko App and software to visualize and share heart sound waveforms in real time and provides wireless functionality using Bluetooth technology. Works with both iOS and Android devices and has a secure dashboard. The free Essentials Plan in the Eko app enables clinicians to visualize, record and save sounds for further analysis, or securely share them for a second opinion.
